My first package that I actually received was also signed by the lasership delivery driver and not by anyone home that day. My first package from temu was delivered from lasership with no problems. I haven't heard anything from them since. Temu gave me the run around and then finally opened a ticket up for me.

I got an update yesterday June 23rd that my package was unable to be found that I needed to contact the seller. No one had contacted me or anything, so I opened another case. I had already opened a case with lasership Tuesday and I went to check the status on Thursday and it said that it was resolved. I looked an exception it up it's something unavoidable like a flat tire or weather. Every day there was a delay or an exception that they were working hard to deliver my package. I waited all day it was about 4pm I received an update that my delivery location wasn't accessible then it updated that a delivery had been attempted at 3:32pm which wasn't true, because I was home all day. Lasership received my package June 19th to be delivered that same day.
